针对吊顶式新风、空调和除湿机，为客户提供电控系统到云端控制的一站式解决方案。该方案采用海克自主研发的智能新风控制器HK-X3S系列，内置高精度传感器和WiFi模块，通过RS-485或继电器与客户设备连接，实现本地数据采集与实时控制，同时上传云端，实现远程管理和控制。方案中还包含有设备管理系统（PC）、新风集控系统（PAD）、大屏监控系统（TV）、微信/APP（用户端）等终端管理平台。
